# Small Shopify tools for specific operational problems 

SellEazyy is an independent software business that builds focused apps for Shopify merchants. We started with a simple observation: store operators lose time and money when important inventory or order information reaches the wrong person, arrives too late, or gets buried in a general-purpose dashboard. Our apps turn those narrow problems into workflows a merchant can understand and configure without a long implementation project. 

## What we build

[StockPing](/stockping) monitors inventory thresholds and sends low-stock alerts through email, Slack, and phone push notifications. [OrderPing](/orderping) applies merchant-defined rules to new orders and routes notifications to the people and channels responsible for the next action. We also research future tools for tagging, scheduled sales, and catalog operations, but we label those products clearly until they are available. 

## How we make product decisions

Each app should do one job well, explain what it will do before the merchant commits, and request only the Shopify data needed for that job. We favor explicit rules, visible history, practical defaults, and controls that let a merchant correct a configuration without support. Product pages and Shopify App Store listings are the source of truth for current capabilities and pricing.
