Choose which products to retire and which to keep
A discontinued collection or a group of sold-out variants can need different treatment. Select the products to archive or delete, and check your plan's backup coverage before removing anything you may need again.
Select the products once, then delete or archive them together.
How it works
Three steps to a shorter product list
- 1
Select products
Use collection, variant or stock status to choose the products to act on.
- 2
Choose archive or delete
Check the selection. If you need a backup, use a paid plan and confirm backup coverage before deletion.
- 3
Check your catalog
Review the result. Keep your plan's backup retention period in mind if you need a restore.
What you can do
Select carefully, then act in bulk
Selection filters narrow the catalog down to the products you meant, and paid plans add the backup storage a larger cleanup calls for.
Product selection
Select products by collection, variant or stock status.
Bulk deletion
Delete selected products together instead of removing each one individually.
Bulk archiving
Archive selected products when deletion is not the right action.
Paid-plan backups
Pro includes 20 GB of storage and 30-day retention. Premium includes 100 GB and 90-day retention.
Restore from a backup
Use available backups to restore product data within your plan's retention period. Confirm the data covered before relying on a restore.

Made for the cleanups you keep postponing
Good to know
Read this before you delete anything
Deletion is the part of a catalog cleanup that is hardest to take back, so the backup rules are worth reading first.
Basic does not include backups
Basic covers deleting or archiving up to 50 products per month, with no backup storage. Backups start on Pro.
Backups have a retention window
Pro keeps backups for 30 days. Premium keeps them for 90 days.
Check coverage before you delete
Confirm the product data you need is covered by an available backup and that the backup is still within its retention period.
Archiving is the reversible option
Archive products when you want them out of the active catalog without deleting the record.
Backups are available on paid plans only. Basic does not include backups. Restoration depends on the product data covered by an available backup and its retention period.
